So here is the proof again, I can do stuff in the kitchen.

I love coconut anything -- so this was a good option for me.

I usually keep things super simple on purpose, so I can easily replicate stuff in the future with as few ingredients laying around or needed, as possible.

Honestly, all you do is get your coconut, some coconut oil and if you want some cinnamon together, and fire it into a pot and kneed it all up together really good.

You have to leave the little balls kinda stiff and sticky without too much moisture in them, they are already super wet with the moisture in the coconut.

If you do not leave them sticky and goopy enough, well they fall apart on you and that is not good at all.

So I did a small trial run, and if you are like me, that is OK as you figure it out, waste not -- want not as my parents said.

If you mess it up on the trial run, you can adjust and learn, right?????

Honestly, I used my toaster oven with convection in it --- saves so much time and hydro, again, I do not like wasting resources.

They leak a lot of coconut oil / moisture especially if you put any in to hold them together in ball shapes, so keep that in mind, as you can see above.

These things turned out really good, better than expected and I was impressed.

Give it a try, you really do not need much and they are hard to mess up. Check them one or twice in the toaster oven, I think I had it about 350 for 30 mins or so!
