Ratatouille Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes

2 eggplants

2 squash

1 onion

2 leaves of basil

2 rosemary

Half a clove of garlic

500 grams of olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Ratatouille Preparation

First, chop all the vegetables finely and round. Soak the eggplants in salted water for 15 minutes. Then place all the ingredients in an oiled container, leaving a little space between them.

As for the sauce; Saute the onion, garlic, basil and rosemary and dilute with a little water and extract from the rondo. With this sauce, pour the olive oil over the ingredients.

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Ready to serve.
