1 kg calf meat(preferably fatty )
1x onion
1x tomato
x2hamburger bread
some stager
some pickle
some lettuce
some cheddar cheese
some butter
Spices:
Thyme
Salt
Cummin
Red pepper
Black pepper
First of all we need to turn our Meat in to Mince form.
Then we add spices(Thyme,Salt,Cummin,Red pepper,Black pepper).
Lets add to our recipe a little love.....
Lets knead our mince untill it gets some consistency.
Before preparing the meatballs please add some more love
We can now prepare our meatballs.
Lubricate the grid and put the meatballs.
Do not forget to roast the breads.
Cover the grill with a steel plate.
Gorgeous view...
Add things you like...
and.....happy ending.....
