" Moroccan Meat tadjine " .

Ingredients = 

• 01 kg of sliced meat.

• 01 onion cut into strips.

•  Two tomatoes.

•  Garlic cloves.

•  Five sheets of laurel paper.

•  Three tablespoons of vegetable oil.

•  Five tablespoons of olive oil.

•  200 grams of carrots.

•  100 grams of peas.

•  Two potatoes.

•  A cup of finely chopped coriander.

•  1 teaspoon ground ginger.

•  1/4 teaspoon of saffron.

•  Salt, to taste.

•  The dish to cook the dish.

             How to prepare =

         

• Wash the meat pieces with cold water until the red blood is eliminated.

• Cut the carrots into cubes, potatoes after peeling, and the tomatoes in slices are also circular.

• Place the pieces of meat in the oven and leave for a quarter of an hour.

• Add onion slices, potato slices, tomato slices, carrots, basil, vegetable oil, olive oil, ginger, saffron, garlic, chopped coriander and a little water, and leave for two hours.

• The food is served as much as it is on the dining table.
