OXTAIL SOUP AND BOK CHOY

In our CSA last week we got bok choy, something I have never had. That is a great reason to get a CSA, you try new things and recipes. While I have never had bok choy, I have heard of it and the first thought that came into my mind was oxtail soup. I am not sure where that came from, but it was not a bad idea.
