做法:

1.鮮蘑菇適量,撕成條,熱水煮熟,涼水沖,待涼。

2.用手攥去水份,加雞蛋一個、麵粉適量,調成糊狀;五香粉、鹽調味。

3.鍋下適量油,待油熱後放入調好糊的鮮蘑菇,炸熟即可。撒上椒鹽開吃!
