We all know coconut water and chia seeds have great health benefits, here are some of those health facts.

Coconut water can benefit in areas like lowering blood pressure, weight loss, increasing athletic performance, boosting energy levels, lowering cholesterol, reducing cellulite and relaxing muscle tension.

Chia seeds can be beneficial in regulating the immune system and inflammation. In this way, it may decrease the risk of inflammation-related conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity.

I like to combine the two super foods to make a pudding. You don't need to cook it, it is as simple as combining the two.

I always put about double the amount of coconut water than the chia seeds. The chia seed doubles in size when soaked with liquid.

There is no particular ratio I use. If you want it to be a thick consistency use less water or if you like it a bit more runny use more water.

Leave the two soaking for about 10 minutes, mix it well and see if that's the consistency you like. If not add more of the ingredient that would make the right consistency.

And then it is done. However if you want more flavor you could consider adding juice with the coconut water at the beginning or at the end you could add some fresh fruit or a syrup of your choice

As it is a simple plain recipe it is all up to your taste buds what you add. It suits a variety of different combinations, dried or fresh fruit, syrups or juices and so on.

I hope you enjoyed it and if you try it out all the best with coming up some great flavors.
