Maangchi gives us an updated video on one of her classics!
Maangchi (courtesy of her YouTube channel) gives us step-by-step instruction on how to prepare a dish called “Jjajangmyeon” (Noodles with Black Bean Sauce). This Korean dish consists of a rich and thick (almost stew-like consistency) black bean and vegetable medley served over noodles. Years ago Maangchi had covered this dish, but she now feels she can do a better job and offer a video with higher production values. The video certainly looks great and we always enjoy Maangchi’s delightful, cheerful personality and her cute text captions!
