See what a wonder this Mind of a Chef creates from humble sandwich ingredients!
On this episode of ‘Mind of a Chef,’ (from the ‘Breville’ YouTube channel) chef Gabrielle Hamilton builds a real stunner of a Monte Cristo sandwich. Griddled and then deep-fried and placed at the center of a wonderfully inviting brunch that includes over-easy eggs on the side and a bit of red currant jelly for dipping, this sandwich blows me away!
