This baking expert puts on an eclair master-class!
Stephanie Jaworski, of the ‘Joy of Baking’ YouTube channel, takes us on a journey as she demonstrates how to make Chocolate Eclairs. Everything is made from scratch, from the choux pastry and vanilla-flavored filling to the chocolate glaze. This video is fairly long at about 21 minutes but I consider the time I spent watching Stephanie work well worth it and I enjoyed her commentary throughout.
This is really a classy dessert and would be well worth the time spent to pull it off.
