● Chicken breast - 1 piece,
● Egg - 1 piece,
● Flour - 3 tbsp. spoons,
● Biscuit breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. spoons,
● Vegetable oil for frying,
● Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation: Chicken fillet separately from the bone and cut into large pieces, salt and pepper each part.

Prepare 3 plates - in one gap egg, in others, pour into flour and breadcrumbs.

Each piece of chicken is dipped first into the flour, then into the egg, then into the biscuits. Shake out the extra cookies.

In a frying pan pour the vegetable oil so that the entire bottom is closed. Put the frying pan on the fire and heat the oil. Put cooked chicken pieces in a frying pan. Do not put too much immediately, the pieces should be roasted without touching each other.

Fry the nuggets from both sides to a ruddy crust. Ready nuggets put on a plate with paper napkins to absorb the excess fat. Serve the nuggets hot.
