Recipe for the protein hemp seed and date smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
500 ml ice cold water
4 tbs date syrup
2 ½ tbs cocoa powder
1 peeled and frozen banana
2 tbs white almond butter
3 tbs hemp seeds peeled
1 pinch Bourbon vanilla powder
Optional:
Ice cubes
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
