The most delicate custard pancakes!

They come out very light and fluffy....

Ingredients:

Milk — 1 Cup
Boiling water — 1 Cup
Flour — 2 cups
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Sugar — 2/3 Cup
Soda — 1 tsp.
Eggs — 2 PCs.

Preparation:

  1. Put the kettle on the fire until it comes to boiling water, it will just boil. Meanwhile, in a large bowl pour the milk. Add in the eggs.
  2. Sugar is added to taste. We love sweet pancakes, so we put a lot of sugar. If you want to cook pancakes not sweet, there are a couple of tablespoons will be enough.
  3. Sift the flour into the dough and begin to mix.
  4. Add the vegetable oil. Stir to avoid lumps. Add baking soda.
  5. The kettle's probably boiled. Pour a Cup of boiling water to the dough. The soda will react with the boiling water and a little foam.
  6. Mix well the dough should get a smooth dough without lumps. Preheat the pan for pancakes. Grease it with grease, pour one full spoon of the dough and distribute it rapidly over the surface, twirling a frying pan in the air. Fry the pancake on one side until Golden edges.
  7. With blades overturn it. Fry other side and remove from the pan. The pancakes are ready, call everyone to the table.
