They come out very light and fluffy....
Ingredients:
Milk — 1 Cup
Boiling water — 1 Cup
Flour — 2 cups
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Sugar — 2/3 Cup
Soda — 1 tsp.
Eggs — 2 PCs.
Preparation:
- Put the kettle on the fire until it comes to boiling water, it will just boil. Meanwhile, in a large bowl pour the milk. Add in the eggs.
- Sugar is added to taste. We love sweet pancakes, so we put a lot of sugar. If you want to cook pancakes not sweet, there are a couple of tablespoons will be enough.
- Sift the flour into the dough and begin to mix.
- Add the vegetable oil. Stir to avoid lumps. Add baking soda.
- The kettle's probably boiled. Pour a Cup of boiling water to the dough. The soda will react with the boiling water and a little foam.
- Mix well the dough should get a smooth dough without lumps. Preheat the pan for pancakes. Grease it with grease, pour one full spoon of the dough and distribute it rapidly over the surface, twirling a frying pan in the air. Fry the pancake on one side until Golden edges.
- With blades overturn it. Fry other side and remove from the pan. The pancakes are ready, call everyone to the table.
