Hi guys,

On the snack menu today is my spicy puffpuff. The only difference between my spicy puffpuff and any other puffpuff is the diced pepper and onions I added to the batter.
I used
2cups flour
2tablespoon sugar
2teaspoon of yeast
A pinch of salt
Little nutmeg
Milk flavour
A cup of lukewarm water

I combined all my dry ingredients together and mixed it well, then I made a hole in the middle of the mixed ingredients and added a portion of the warm water and mixed it, added more water as appropriate to make a non-watery paste. I covered the batter and allowed it to rise for about 15minutes.

Then I chopped my onions and pepper, and put my oil on fire to heat up.

Then I added a portion of my diced onions and pepper into the batter and started dropping it into the hot oil in small batches.
Fried till golden brown or more (according to preference).
