Hi guys,
For dinner today, I decided to make pounded yam and vegetable soup for dinner. I already have my cooked vegetable soup in the freezer so I just brought it out to thaw then warmed it. Then I peeled my yam, wanted it properly and put it in the pot. I added with water to cook it till it's soft enough to be pounded and transferred it into my mortar. I pounded it well and added a little water to make it not too strong to be swallowed.
Then I picked my dry catfish, washed it in hot salt water and cooked it in my stew to serve my pounded yam.
Dinner is ready.
