Weekly Menu 2

In this week's menu, I try to add different proteins, not only beef or chicken, but also fish and lean pork. At least three of them can be adapted to a vegetarian meal, so if you don't eat meat you can still be inspired by it. :)

Last week it worked really well, with few exceptions when Mark cooked something else, but still trying hard to keep it up with the good diet.

Hopefully it will work again this week!

Do you have a designated cheat day? I usually plan to have one evening per week where we plan to go out for dinner (eat less healthy food). This is motivational for the other days. Instead of sneaking an extra glass of wine (or multiple), I tend to wait for cheat day. 😊

Yes! We're doing that too, every week we choose a day depending in our schedule. This week we may have it on Sunday :D I agree it motivates us! If I do a 100% strict diet it lasts shorter that it was supposed to! Thanks!

I should do something like this aswell to be honest. Make sure we stick to our fish and veggetarian days.

Good for you Bianca, your weekly menu looks very good and healthy.
I also make weekly menus here, but that is because the supermarket is 25 kilometers from here, so I have to do a lot of shopping in advance.
