These minor thinking patterns helped me in my journey through life and will probably do so in the future.Today i'll post about food
-About food
These days we are bombarded with plenty of chemicals & so on , especially through food.Most of you can agree that food was better in a nutritional sense several decades ago.
So when you get to the process of eating do some things before:
~You are eating meat or any other product, try finding out where the product is from .Eat products that are from locals ,not from another country or very far from your resting place.
~You ate an animal , no shame in that even if people are leaving meat behind but HOW DID THAT ANIMAL LIVE?Did it graze the grass with friends or was it pumped in 2x4 room with absolutely no sunlight ,treated as an organic factory.Fed shit corn[corn has no nutritional value ,it's basically empty calories] ,stressed out with cortisone ,that left itself in the meat and you just ate.Meaning you ate basically poison meat!
~How much time did you invest in your meal? Did you take out of the fridge ,or did someone from a fast food just quickly put it up for you?Or did you spend that time chopping, boiling ,cutting yourself then arranging a plate and cleaning it up in the end.
~That time you spent is time you did not get depressed ,time that you spent to do something with your own very hands, man is made to use time not let himself lag and get bombarded by all kinds of thoughts.
~Also how did it feel when you know what you just ate was half did by your hand?
~As a last thought always be very careful what you put on an empty stomach.The cancer rate for ciggarettes on empty stomach is 50% higher.Whatever you put in your empty stomach will be more effectively absorbed , each and every day.So try eating legumes , fruit mixes , soups & drinking tea /water , you will feel much better[that's why I take my mushrooms on an empty stomach with warm lemon water and a teaspoon of honey,it's an elixir]
