The Food and Drug Administration says you should eat 2,000 calories in one day. Most people choose to break that up into three or more meals, not in one sitting after visiting the drive-thru… here’s what you can get in that recommended ballpark at the most popular fast food joints in America… and judging from some of the totals, you should probably skip breakfast before consuming them.

Wendy’sBaconator, large fries, spicy chicken nuggets, medium FrostyTotal: 2,073 calories

Wrong.

2000 calories per day is the recommended daily consumption for a woman of average height, somewhat active lifestyle, and a healthy/ideal BMI.

I, as a 5'11" adult male with a near sedentary lifestyle, need 2900 calories a day to maintain my 160 pounds weight.
