Hey friends let me introduce you all to a special dessert prepared by me today- my personal favourite indian dessert -(Gulab Jamun) !!
Well it is a milk-solids-based dessert, made from khoa ( curdled paneer). It is deep fried and soaked in a sugar syrup which has saffron, cardamom(green) powder and rose water.
It is often eaten hot and is loved by kids as well.
It is popular in countries of South Asia such as India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan , Bangladeah, the Middle East countries and also like Maritius, Trinidad and Tobago and other South Asian countries.
It is often garnished with dried nuts like almonds to enhance flavour.
