Today, we take semi-finished ravioli with mozzarella and make a very tasty dish.

Ingredients:
- Ravioli Caprese (semi-finished), 500 gr.
- Gorgonzola or similar cheese, 50 gr.
- Parmesan, 30 gr.
- Spinach (s / m), 200 gr.
- Cream 10%, 200 ml
- Butter, 30 gr.
- Parsley
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Heat oven to 200°C.
Parmesan rub on a fine grater, Gorgonzola cut into cubes, chop parsley finely.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, pour the cream, and bring to a boil.
Add Gorgonzola, parsley, spinach, 150 ml of water, add to taste and cook over medium heat for five minutes.
In a baking dish pour half the sauce, spread the ravioli, pour the second half, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve.
