Today we will talk about the original marinade for fish.
Fish can be any: chum salmon, salmon, pink salmon, trout — everything will be very tasty.

Ingredients:
- Fish (steaks 2-2. 5 cm thick), by the number of servings.
- Lemon, 1/4 PCs.
- Honey, 40 ml
- Grainy mustard, 30 gr.
- Parsley, 10 gr.
- Sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Clean garlic, finely chop parsley, mix with crushed or grated garlic, paprika, honey and juice of a quarter of a lemon.
Fill the fish with marinade, salt to taste and leave alone for 10-15 minutes.
Wrap the fish in foil, put on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and send in the oven for 15 minutes.
Open the foil, increase the oven temperature to 220°C and bake for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
