Today we have a really Japanese recipe. Fish, minimum amount of time and ingredients, and as a result maximum taste and pleasure!

Ingredients:
- Salmon, fillet, 300 gr.
- Teriyaki sauce, 60 gr.
- Oyster sauce, 20 gr.
- Lime, 1 PC.
- Sesame oil, 5 gr.
- Sugar, 4 gr.
- Garlic, 1-2 cloves
Squeeze out the juice from a third of the lime, peel the garlic and chop finely.
Mix both sauces, lime juice, garlic, sugar and 30 ml of water.
Salmon cut into portions.
Heat the sauce in a pan and cook for one minute, stirring constantly over medium heat.
Put the fish in the pan and cook for two minutes on one side, periodically pouring sauce on top. Turn over, cook for another two minutes, pouring sauce and sesame oil.
Serve with cilantro.
