Hello!

Today we will cook the interesting beet-carrot version of very tasty and simple dish.

Vegetable cutlets

Ingredients:

Vegetable cutlets

  • Carrots, 3 PCs.
  • Beetroot, 1 PC.
  • Flour, 60 gr.
  • Egg, 1 PC.
  • Parsley, 20 gr.
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt

We clean the vegetables and grate them on a fine grater, chop the parsley and garlic finely. Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper to taste.

Fry in a small amount of oil for a minute on high heat, turn over, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes, remove the lid and fry for another minute.
