But what about all those times during the year that you want to quick tune up in mind, body and beyond?
Here is a little video series that I shared with my tribe about taking time to restore and reboot our energy each day; and not just during the holidays. With that said you may need a little New Year reinforcement so lets kick it off right and plan a 24 hr Home Retreat!
Enjoy and choose to feel great each day of the year.
- pick your day and let everyone know ahead of time that you are going to be taking a retreat.
- order your home retreat healing kit or create your own!
- buy your food. Think about how you want to feed yourself that will be a joy and easy as well as super healthy. I like the intermittent fasting and soup/salad/juice for eating time.
- create your dream home retreat map. What is your intent for this time with yourself. Journal? Pray, meditate, move, nap? You get to choose.
- Create your space. I love candles, aromatherapy, crystal work, Epsom salt bathing and make sure I have all those essentials ready!
- be deliberate in your actions. Just witness yourself during your retreat. Turn off the technology as much as possible and really ground and love yourself.
- Celebrate, dance, cheer, write a letter to yourself and your beloved and be grateful for your beautiful body and this amazing journey!
- Love YOUR journey and help others to do the same
In 2018 we are going even more deeply within-where it is all happening!
