I like to make a fried rice with various meats and vegetables. I use some of meats and vegetables as much as possible. A bowl of fried rice with coffee is enough for a simple breakfast then. I used canola oil to cooke this fried rice. Canola oil means 'Canadian Oil + Low acid'. It is produced from oilseed canola. Canola oil contains fewer saturated fats and is good for our health, but it also contains eruct acid. It is able to cause of heart disease and hardening of the arteries, so don't use too much daily. Everything can be harmful when they're used too much at once too often. Mostly, I use olive oil to cook, but I prefer canola oil when I need more dry and crispy taste.
