If you like shabu-shabu, I recommend this kimchi shabu-shabu in South Korea.
The soup was based Kimchi liquid and meat.
I will say about the taste, " It was yummy-spicy." I couldn't stop eating the soup of the shabu-shabu. All ingredients were so fresh. I put lots of vegetables first and enjoyed beef. After having beef, I put some dumplings, thick noodles and ramen. Most of Korean shabu-shabu restaurant has salad bar. So, you can try to have various side dishes by yourself. The restaurant I went also have nice salad bar.
The glass noodles were so delicious.
The seasoned noodle with vegetable was sweet and spicy.
Kimchi was so yummy. I understood after eating kimchi how the taste of the soup was so good.
I love tree ear mushroom. The mushroom was so fresh.

I would like to go to the restaurant again. Foods were good. The place was wide and I could see outside. There were trees. I felt like it was opened to the outside. I liked their service as well.
