Bacon and Onions

Hi Friends,

My wife and kids were busy with obligations tonight so I had to scrounge around the kitchen for dinner. Nothing sounded too good, so I went with a unique dinner instead - bacon and onions!

The only thing that would have made the dinner better would have been a mug of beer, but I had a meeting in the evening.

The two were surprisingly good together on their own :)

Good thing I don’t have to scrounge too often - probably not healthy to eat 12 pieces of bacon and an onion for dinner!
