Looks great, and i am sure it's a very good combo. More of asian cuisine (soy sauce, sesame seeds, siracha, etc.) than peruvian (onion , a lot of lemon juice, cilantro, locoto chilli , etc.). I would change the word ceviche... may be a sushi deconstruction?? , upvote anyway!!
