Salam hangat disore hati ini, semoga semua dalam keadaan sehat wal afiat.
Sembari keliling kota lhokseumawe, saya hari ini menemukan menu yang terasa sangat special, makanan ini umumnya sangat diminati oleh semua orang khususnya bila acara khusus.
Apalagi pada beberapa bulan yang lalu yaitu bulan puasa, kolak merupakan makanan utama ketika berbuka puasa karena dengan citarasa manis membuat tubuh segar kembali.
Kolak juga mempunyai berbagai macam jenis, salah satunya adalah kolek ketan durian. Kolak ketan durian ini kolak yang memakai bahan dasar utama buah durian dan ketan merah, dan rasanya sangat menggoda apalagi aromanya pun berbeda dengan sebuah kolak lainnya.
Bila sahabat ingin mencobanya, silakan datang dan berkunjung ke Taufik Kopi yang ada dipusat kota Lhokseumawe.
