Ingredients:
400 gr pasta
400 gr of sauce
300 gr ton
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
A little buzz
½ tufa parsley

Preparation:
Place the pasta in boiling water. Meanwhile, prepare the accompanying sausage by roasting 2 tablespoons of olive oil garlic, thyme, ½ of cut peppers in cubes, ½ of fine minced parsley. Then add the tomato sauce and let it into the average fire for 10-15 minutes. Finally add to our sausage and fish. We fix it with salt and pepper. We take a puddle of pasta and stir in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and add it to sausage. We remove the pasta, drain them and stir them with the prepared sauce and serve them immediately warm with parsley and red peppers cut into cubes.
