A simple onion pie made of shortcake

A recipe for onion pie with a filling. Despite the name, this pie is
obtained absolutely without a taste of onions and even a hint of it!

Dough for base

3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons sour cream
0.5 tsp soda

Filling

500 g of onion
cooking oil for frying

Fill

2 tablespoons sour cream
3 eggs
50 g of cheese (solid or fused)
salt to taste

Knead the dough for the pie: for this, melt the butter in the
microwave. Pour the oil into a bowl and gradually add flour and sour
cream, soda. Mix everything to a homogeneous state, put it in a mold
and level it on the bottom and sides.

If the form is silicone, then you do not need to lubricate it. Any
other form should be smeared with butter or vegetable oil. Form with
the test is removed for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Prepare the filling: peel onion and finely chop, fry until golden in
vegetable oil. Cool it down.

Prepare the filling: egg whisk slightly, add sour cream and salt. All
the mix well. Grate the cheese on the grater. Grated cheese can be
added to the filling or sprinkled on top of the cake.

Collect the cake: remove the base from the refrigerator, lay out the
cooled onion. Pour the fill, distributing it on the entire surface of
our creation, put in a preheated to 180 * C oven. Bake the cake for
20-30 minutes. As soon as the top is well browned, take the cake out
