Delicious, healthy muffins, low in fat and sugar (only 4 tablespoons
vegetable oil and the same amount of honey). I try to replace the
usual flour with whole grain, so that the baking turns out to be more
useful, but the usual flour is also suitable for this recipe. Apples
are any, you do not have to peel the peel.
2 cups (300 g) wholemeal flour (or regular)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
3/4 cup (160ml) of milk
4 tablespoons (60ml) of vegetable oil
4 tablespoons (60ml) of honey
1 cup finely chopped apples
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly oil the molds for the muffins.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).
Beat the whites.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients - milk, honey,
apples and butter. Add the whipped whites, gently stir.
Gradually add the flour mixture. Mix until uniform. The dough will be sticky.
Fill molds for cages with 2/3 of the volume. The oven in the oven
heated up to 180 C for 20 minutes, until they slightly brown.
