The recipe for summer pizza with vegetables. You can add any
vegetables - sweet peppers, zucchini, tomatoes.
Dough
2.5 cups of flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 glass of warm water
Filling
4 tablespoons pesto sauce
1 tomato
2 sweet peppers
1 onion
pinch of oregano
150 g cheese
Prepare the dough: in a bowl, sift the flour, make a small groove, add
butter, yeast and salt.
Gradually pour warm water, mix well. Put the dough on a flour-padded
table and knead for about 10 minutes.
Cover the dough with a damp towel, put in a warm place. Give him a
little to come up (20-30 minutes).
When the dough is suitable, divide into 2 parts. Roll each into a thin
layer (about 1 cm).
Pazzo every pizza sauce. Put a tomato cut into slices, chopped
peppers, chopped onion rings. Sprinkle oregano. Sprinkle the grated
cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 10 minutes
until mozzarella melts.
