CHICKEN LIVERS

Hi Everyone.
My appologies for my abstantia.
I have a recipe or lets just say, its my way of making CHICKEN LIVERS!

INGREDIENTS:
-250g Chicken Livers (Washed)
-1 Small to Medium Tomato(Diced)
-1 or Half an Onion (Diced)
(Depends how big Onion is)
1 or 2 Chillies (Sliced in halves)
1 Tablespoon of Masala
(I use Osman's Taj Mahal - Kashmiri or Durban Masala)
Oil(Just enough for frying/braising)
Salt(For taste)
Water (half cup-standard size cup)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put Livers in pot.
When the water from Livers is finished, put in your Oil.
Let it fry a little.
When you see it browning add your Onion and Chillies.
When Onion and Chillies start browning, put in your Masala and mix together.
Next add your Tomatoes.
Then add the Water.
Lastly add the Salt.
Mix together, put on low heat and let it cook.
Water must be finished in pot but Livers must not be dry and when you see tomatoes are melted then your livers are cooked.

(Dont burn onion and masala as you will end up spoiling your Livers that way)
