Bun mam: Vietnamese noodle

Let me show you my favorite food.

There’re many kinds of noodle you have to try in Vietnam.
And the special one I love the most is Bun Mam. It is from the Mekong delta

You can see: the shrimp on top, piece of fish cake, some quids, fillet of fish, some porks ,chieves, green onions, eggplant all the mid size noodles. The broth is a little dark and sweet.

And the secret ingredient for Bun Mam is fermented fish but not too strong

Believe me. Try it once and you never forget it. ^_^
