Material :
- 250gr high protein flour
- 60gr sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of water
- 25gr butter
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- bread flour to taste
How to make :
- Put all the dry ingredients and enter the water
- knead until half smooth
- Put in the butter and knead salt until completely smooth
- Print round dough then dip into the water
