Material :
½ kg cassava
1 tablespoon sugar
Just enough brown sugar, fine comb
Salt to taste
Ways of making :

  1. Peel cassava, wash clean, & rough drawstring.
  2. Mix the grated cassava, sugar, brown sugar & salt.
  3. Steam - / + 30 minutes.
  4. Serawut with grated coconut that has been steamed
