Food Photography Contest: Salmon Salad with Grilled Cheese Beef 食物攝影：蘿美鮭魚焗牛肉

Normal salads are served in plates or bowls. This salad uses rock dishes to create a simple Japanese Zen style.

Romaine lettuce accompanies with Salmon, and in particular grilled cheese beef. The salad sauce is sesame sauce, in favor of Japanese style.

It's interesting to combine Oriental and Western ingredients. It makes me have a worthwhile feeling.

一般的沙拉都是用盤子或碗盛盤，這份沙拉用的是岩盤，有一種日式簡約的禪味。

蘿美心配上鮭魚玫瑰，更特別的是還搭配了焗烤牛肉，我很少吃過這種搭配的沙拉，吃起來比較有飽足感。沙拉搭配的醬是胡麻醬，偏向日式口味。

中西合併的食材搭配，感覺挺新鮮的，有種賺到的感覺。
