Letting them sit for an hour or so is the key. I was always peeling the eggs almost immediately because I wanted to to eat them when they were done. It took a LONG time for me to remember to cook the eggs at a time when I could let them sit and cool down. This made all the difference in the world and the shells no longer stick to the egg! Thanks for your comments. :-)
