INGREDIENTS

- Custard 1 box ( I USED READYMADE CUSTARD)
- Pink & green food colour
- 1 & 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 60 gm butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
METHOD - Combine butter, salt, baking powder, sugar & flour.
- Mix very well than add vanilla & eggs to form a firm dough.
- Divide dough into 4 equal parts & roll out 6mm thick into 4 equal size round.
- Place on tray & bake at 180 degree until light golden brown.
- Now, devide custard into 3 bowls & add colour green & pink & one leave plain.
- Sandwich hot biscuits with 3 colourfull custard.
- Chill for 5-6 hours.
- slice & serve with extra custard & cream.
