A microwave, and some cheese. Seriously that is it.
Today I wanted a little avocado, bacon, and some sort of chip. You could make a cauliflower style chip, with slightly more carbs, and more work... or you can use this brilliant Keto hack for a quick, delicious chip.
Arrange your favorite cheese in 1/4 inch thick slices on a microwavable plate (not paper).
Give them plenty of space bc they will spread into round(ish) flat chips.
Microwave them for 90-120 seconds. watch your batch the first time you do this as all microwaves vary. Let them cool, and viola! cheese chips for your guca, salasa, or anything else you may want to dip them in.
