my homemade samosa, Gizzard plantain known as "Gizdodo" with some fruits to go

This is one of my job for a client and it Really turned out great ,samosa, gizdodo and some fruits to go.
Gizdodo is made up of gizzard from turkey(any animal of your choice can also be used) , plantain,
turmeric,
rosemary,
fresh blended pepper and tomatoes ,
onion,
groundnut oil .
This is usually served at wedding receptions, mini party and it's super delicious. Welcome steemit lovers to my foodie
