Pumpkin soup really creamy

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 1 large potato
  • about 5 dl water
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

First

Wash, peel and clean the pumpkin and potatoes and both dice. Chop the onion and peel the garlic. All cook them in a little cold, salted water (enough to cover the vegetables).

Second

When the vegetables are soft, mash it or mince in an electric food processor, add the remaining water, cream, salt and pepper to taste and cook briefly.

Third

Serve in deep bowls with pieces of baked bread. Enyoye and tell me what do you think :D
