Recently I went to one of the finest hotel in South Korea name of hotel called "Mayfield"
It was our New Year party with my Professor and my colleague.
First course was Soybean Congee
2nd. Sashimi
3rd. Pancake
4th. Gu-Jel Pan Pancake with vege's(Platter of Nine Delicacies )
4th. Abalones Roasted with Seasonings .
5th. Shin-Sun ro(Royal Hot pot)
6th. Kal-Bi (Korean BBQ Beef Ribs) using Korean Wagyu A5 grade
7th. Seafood Sweet Potato Glass noodle (Jap-Che)
8th. Rice with Fermented Soybean soup and Banchan (Kimchi , Steamed Spinich, Dried and Steamed fish)
9th. Desserts( Candied Walnuts) SuJungGwa( Sweet cinnamon Tea)
Everything was good and Perfect.
especially that Kal-bi was Awesome.
