Okara-Paneer Indo European Style: Serve health with taste

Why this dish??

Okara which is also known as Bhindi in Hindi is quite famous in Asia, Europe, and African nations. I came up with this dish when I was doing gym and wanted to have something less in calories, high in fibers along with high protein content (as I cant afford to have meat or protein shakes everyday ). Hence decided to fuse paneer with Okra.
Paneer also known as cottage cheese can be freshly made at home or you can buy at any shop. Inkedokra_LI.jpg

Ingredients:

1.Okra
2.Paneer
3.Capsicum
4.Olive Oil or Mustard Oil
5.Fenugreek Seeds

Steps:

1.Cut the Okra into long pieces and paneer, capsicum into cubesInked20170404_215023_LI.jpg
2.Put the oil in pan and heat it up
3.Put Fenugreek seeds followd by Okra
4.Cook okra and capsicum 5 mins openly on simmer flame
5.Put the paneer and cook it for next 5 mins
6.Sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve it hot okra.PNG

You can eat okra with chapati or Turkish bread.
