One of the (many) great things about Hanoi is that they know how to grill some meat. There are people grilling everywhere. Through extensive research, I found this super-legit local place to get my grilled meat fix.
Quán Bà Nga only does one thing, ground pork grilled on wooden skewers, and they do an amazing job at it. The meat is brushed with a sauce that gives it a light sweetness, and it goes well with the char from grilling. Each stick costs 10,000 ₫ (0.44/USD). It's really easy to eat ten of them, trust me.
