How to Make No Sugar Banana Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients

For the Custard base:
1 cup half n half
1/2 cup swerve sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs vanilla
heavy cream

Caramelized Banana mix:
4 ripe bananas
2 tbsp swerve sweetener
2 tbs of butter

Makes 1.5 liter of ice cream.
