Material Preparation:

  • Pork ribs 500g
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Ginger Appropriate amount (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Appropriate amount of green onion (cut into sections)

Production Steps:

  1. Rib Handling: Rinse the ribs with water and drain.

  2. Marinated pork ribs: In a large bowl, add minced garlic, ginger slices, soy sauce, cooking wine, honey, salt, ground black pepper and sesame oil. Place the ribs in a bowl and stir well so that each rib is evenly coated with the marinade. Then, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to enhance the flavor.

  3. Preheat the oven: While marinating the ribs, preheat the oven to 200°C (about 392°F).

  4. Grilled Ribs: Remove the marinated ribs and place them on a baking sheet, making sure there is a gap between the ribs. You can sprinkle some green onion segments on top of the ribs to add flavor. Place the ribs in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the surface.

  5. Turn over and bake: During the baking process, it is recommended to turn the dough every 15 minutes to ensure even coloring and ripeness.

  6. Serve on a plate: After baking, take out the ribs, let them cool for a few minutes, then you can cut them into pieces and serve them on a plate, sprinkle with a little green onion as a garnish.
