A skin is the biggest part of the human body. it gives effective barrier against health threat such as pathogen which causes the body to fall sick. if the skin is not being properly cared for , it becomes extremely dry, rough, flaky and exposes the itself to harmful pathogen. Everyone desire to have a beautiful and glowing skin.
The skin does three major duties:
Regulation of body temperature,
Protection and
Sensation.
Let us now discuss the secrets of having that nice looking skin.
Eating Right- people usually neglect this aspect, whatever goes into your mouth is going to reflect on the appearance of your skin. The skin needs the right amount of nutrients to function and fight off diseases. eat great portion of fruits and vegetables daily. Never forget to drink at least 5litres of clean water in a day .cultivate the idea of eating a well balanced diet meal and try as much as you can to avoid junk foods and carbonated drinks, they do more harm than good to the body.
Avoid cosmetic products that contain harsh and bleaching ingredients- In a society where a major percentage of the people wants to look lighter and fairer than the fairest.. my advice may fall on deaf ears! Every skin tone is beautiful so cut down on the chemically destructive products called bleaching creams. It alters the melanin which helps to protect the skin and leaves the skin looking thin and pale. Use only natural skin products.
Exfoliate and Use a sunscreen- your skin will thank you for using these two! The environmental pollution, ultra violet radiations and exposure to sunshine and extreme temperature damage the skin. This is why it is good to always use a good sunscreen on your skin just to protect it from direct sunshine and exfoliates the dead skin.
Never sleep with your make up on through the night- This one is for the ladies in the house. This point is self explanatory so i don’t need to write an epistle on it. Always wash off all make up before sleeping at night. Cosmetic cores the pores on the skin, washing it off allows the skin to breath and work well.
Exercise- Yes you heard me right.. Don’t under rate impact of a simple exercise on the skin. It does not have to be going to the gym every day if you can't afford it.A simple walk or dance for thirty minutes would serve the purpose
Water- The benefits of drinking water is much, from cleansing our body system to regulating our internal organs. Drinking water also makes our skin look fine. So go out of your way and drink at least 2litres of water
