Thank you, this is very true. Cutting these carbs out completely is an easy way to lose weight. Ketogenic diets have proven to work with certain people and body/digestive types of people. Stay away from sugars including natural sugars in fruits and vegetables. Never eat sweets or sugar filled soda! Don't eat starchy vegetables like potatoes or yams. Don't use condiments with sugar like ketchup.
Replacing these carb calories with fat calories sounds hard, but it really makes me less hungry. Plus I don't have a spike and fall in blood sugar anymore, so I don't get tired throughout the day. Some fat calories can be found by using butter and grease, eating lots of meat and eggs and cheese. Leafy vegetables are a must.
